FAQ

1. Why do winter Clog Slippers fit smaller than regular clogs?

Because 10–15mm warm lining takes up inside space. So the slipper’s last needs about 5mm extra room.

The lining looks thick at first. After the foot steps in, it compresses. So we do not add the full 10–15mm to the slipper’s last, 5mm is enough.

* Adjust the slipper’s last: Add about 5mm extra room.
* Check tight areas: Test toe room and instep height first.
* Do not reuse summer lasts: Winter lined clogs need their own size chart fir.
* Test with socks: Check the fit barefoot and with socks.
* Show clear sizing: Add foot length on the package. Tell wide-foot or high-instep buyers to size up.

Because non-breathable EVA vamp and thick lining can trap heat and sweat inside the slippers.

EVA vamp does not breathe well. And thick lining keeps feet warm, but not move moisture out fast enough.

* Use wool blend or moisture-wicking fleece to pull sweat away from the skin.

* Add small vents or airflow channels on vamp.

* Add antimicrobial or silver-ion treatment to the lining and footbed to control smelly odor

* Use a quick-dry insole that can be taken out, cleaned, and fully dried.

* Don’t wear one pair of clog slippers all day, preapre at least 2 pairs to wear one by one

Fixed liners are hard to rinse and hard to dry. After washing, the lining will not get fluffy.

When the lining cannot be removed, sweat, dirt, and detergent will stay in the slippers. After drying, the fibers stick together and feel stiff.

* Use removable linings
* Sell replacement linings as spare parts.
* Choose anti-matting fabrics
* Add clear care labels: Air dry only. Keep away from heat. Do NOT tumble dry.
